Halloween

The kids' school does not allow the children to wear their Halloween costumes to school, so this year they asked the kids to dress up as a word of their choice.  The idea is based on a book and they had a word parade around the front driveway of the school.  The kids could pick really simple words or very difficult and creative words.  It was very interesting to see all the different ideas that the kids came up with. Karsten was Mystery.  Peyton was Gilded.  Cooper was Electrified.

 
For Halloween, Karsten was Harry Potter.  Peyton was a flapper and Cooper was Captain America.  Louisa and BJ and the boys came over to trick-or-treat with us.
