Peyton's basketball season

Peyton also played basketball this season through Upwards.  It was her second season and she did much better.  We have found that Peyton really only has one speed when it comes to sports and most things in life, and that speed is "stroll-in-the-park, smelling-the-roses" pace.  She just doesn't naturally have a lot of hustle.  She doesn't seem to have those bursts of speed, power, and energy that are needed to really give you that competitive um-pf.  She enjoys playing and runs up and down the court, but doesn't have that natural instinct to grab the ball, dribble hard to the basket, get in position for a rebound, etc.  That benefit of all that is that she really doesn't get flustered or frustrated on the court or about her play.  She loves the camaraderie of her teammates and has a lot of fun on the court, so that is what really matters.  Here are a few pictures from her season:
