Rain, Rain, Rain!!!

This summer (so far, at least) has been a fairly wet and cool summer.  June and early July provided more rainy days that we have seen all last summer.  Temperatures have hovered below 100 degrees, which is an incredible blessing from last summer.  The kids were enjoying some fun in the rain, until the biggest clap of thunder I have ever heard (which was simultaneously accompanied by the flash of light), which sent them running in the house.  I guess that lightening did strike pretty close to the house!
