Paw Paw's birthday

My grandfather turned 90 years old last month. He is very healthy and independent and a hoot to be around. He lives by himself in an apartment in a retirement-type community. Since 90 is such an amazing milestone, my mom and aunt threw him a really special 90th birthday party and invited the whole family. We had it at a restaurant and rented out their party room. It was so fun for the family to all be together and my mom's cousins and her family even joined us as well. We had a great slide show of pictures of my grandfather from when he was a child through the present. It is amazing what 90 years of pictures looks like. I put those pictures and a little family history into a scrapbook and gave that to him from all the cousins. Everyone wrote a really nice note to him, which was included in the book as well. It wouldn't be a party with our family unless there was a karaoke machine to completely embarrass ourselves with.
