Peyton started swim team the first week of May. It had been about 8 months since she had been in the pool and boy did it look like it. Poor thing. It was almost like starting over. I am proud of her though for going to practice and working hard, even when she was frustrated, tired after school, and the water was really cold. I know she will improve quickly over the next few weeks as she gets back into the swing of things. At her first meet, she swam in the freestyle relay, the backstroke, and the freestyle individual event.
