We had Cooper's birthday party at our house this past weekend. We decided that we wanted to keep it small and just invite family and those friends who Cooper really loves and is around all the time. It ended up being a wonderful decision because it was low-key and the kids really had a lot of fun together. It truly was a group of people that love Cooper so much and he loves them too. He could be a silly as he wanted and the other children also felt so comfortable with this small group.
We started the morning with a shaving cream table, which very quickly turned into shaving cream all over everyone one!
We borrowed a jumpy house from a neighbor and the kids slipped and slid all around in it.
Next we had cake and ice cream. Cooper has a stuffed green frog that he loves, so when I asked him what he wanted for his birthday cake, he said that he wanted a frog cake. I think the cupcakes turned out really cute. It was fun decorating them and watching his little face light up when he saw them for the first time.
